90mm Partition – up to 1 Hour rated system

Is a recessed head and base bi-block performance system with a 2 part steel stud that uses a range of panel types/finishes complete with cavity infill that offers:

  • System thickness – 90mm nominal
  • Performance Flush Glazing – pre-assembled frames for up to 2700mm high.
  • Performance Doorsets – standard height, full height (2700mm), door and overpanel in any veneer or laminate finish.
  • Finish – steel faced panels, window frame, door frames, recessed head and base tracks polyester epoxy powder coated in any BS or RAL colour.
  • Structural Performance – to BS 5234, BS EN 947, BS EN 949 and BS 7325.
  • Fire Rating – 30 minutes integrity, 30 minutes insulation with pre-vinyled plasterboard panels. 60 minutes integrity, 30 minute insulation with steel faced plasterboard panels. 60 minutes integrity, 60 minute insulation with veneered, laminated powder coated and pre-vinyled MDF panels.
  • Sound Rating – to BS EN ISO 140-3 for solid panels 42- 45dB (Rw) and
    glazed units 42dB-45dB (Rw).
