Komfort Komfire 100
100mm system offers up to one hour fire protection and superb acoustic performance (52dB) when specified. Similar to the 75mm system with a metal stud and track system surrounded with an aluminium framework but incorporates double layer of plasterboard attached to each side of partition. It is suitable to all office interior requirements where excellent fire and sound performance are necessary. Panel options include solid, part/half glazed, full height single & double glazed with Venetian blinds. System can utilize any combination of panel options together with single, double door and hospital door sets. The framework comes in a standard anodised finish but can be powder coated to any RAL or BS colour and there is an extensive range of door veneers available.
- System thickness – 100mm nominal.
- Performance Glazing – pre-assembled 30 minute frames up to 3.0 metres high and frame components for 60 minute for integrity or integrity and insulation performance.
- Performance Doorsets – standard height, full height (2700mm), door and overpanels up to 4.0 metres high in any veneer or laminate finish.
- Finish – Window, doorframes and cover trims in a water based stove enamel or powder coated in any BS or RAL colour.
- Structural Performance – to BS 5234, BS EN 947, BS EN 949 and BS 7325.
- Fire Rating – 30 minutes and 60 minutes to BS 476: Part 22 for glazed, doorset and solid partition.
- Sound Rating – to BS EN ISO 140-3 for solid partition up to 52dB (Rw) and double glazed 40dB (Rw).
